Our manufacturing units are housed in an area of 30000 sq feet. We have built wide and solid Infrastructure facility that is completely equipped with different units of manufacturing with separate sections for Extrusion, Printing, Capping & Checking, quality control, Lami tube mfg, store and office block.

Background

In the eighties, Indore was a hub of pharmaceutical manufacturers and there was a latent demand for collapsible tubes from the pharma sector. There were no local manufacturers and a few pharmaceutical companies had ointment section. Most of these manufacturers bought tubes from Mumbai and Gujarat. To tap this opportunity, Meta Tubex was formed as a private limited company in 1984 and started its business of manufacturing aluminum collapsible tubes in Indore (MP) India in 1986. It constructed a manufacturing plant at Sanwer road industrial area, Indore and was the pioneer in this area being the only unit manufacturing tubes in M.P.

Infrastructure

Our manufacturing facility at the Sanwer Road industrial area is built over an area of 30,000 sq.ft. It houses both laminated as well as aluminium tube manufacturing. Both areas are however built separately, with independent access.

The aluminium collapsible tube manufacturing is further divided in three sections:
Section 1: This houses the extrusion section, the tool room and RM store
Section 2: This is dedicated for printing and value added features such as laquer and latex
Section 3: This is the checking and capping section. Built with a separate exit, ventilation windows and airlocks, all efforts are made to keep this section dust-free to ensure quality to our customers. This section also houses the FG store.

Laminated tubes are manufactured, capped and checked in a completely separate section in order to maintain a clear division of activity.

Our factory location also houses the office block.
